Hi,
My transcode from RED rocket creates sometimes corrupted frames. Anything from frame being black, green or just have blocks or lines in it. I deal with hours and hours of footage, so it would be beneficial to find these problem using a bot, or a software, rather than having eyes peeled and watch the whole thing.
Thanks for your ideas.
Radim

I found this software that might be able to detect black frames: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Comskip

My problem is that I don't have black frames. Most of them are just some lines, colored parts of the screen etc.

You may want to do a forum search with the keyword "corrupt frames".
You'll find lots of information.
Bad news is that it could be that the corruption happened wile recording or offloading and if you don't have the original media anymore, you would sadly need to live with the corrupt frames and next time do a visual check of your offloaded Footage right on set or before you delete the original media.
Theres no other way to be 100% sure that the footage is fine, than playing it and controlling by eye. Scrubbing through or playing parts isn't enough.
