Anyone interested in a PODCAST?

Hey guys. My friend Todd and I are going to start a podcast that focuses on all the great things about RED. Also, it's gonna have a lot to do with movies and how awesome new movies and upcoming movies are because they are shot on RED. Also, I own a RED so I am an experienced DP.

Would anyone be interested in my podcast? If you don't want to listen you can always advertise cause we will be selling advertising for a good price. For example, for only $1000 I can make it so I say "sponsored by YOUR NAME" at the beginning of the podcast and maybe the end if I remember. That way you will get lots of props from your jealous friends!

Does the RED camera have a podcast record and upload function? If so, I can't find it.

For me personally, I'm a huge fan of RED Centre. In fact I was driving in West LA (there's a surprise!) and heard the latest RED Centre podcast playing from a Ford Explorer at a stop light! It was the next lane and a car back so I couldn't talk to the guy, but it was a pleasant surprise to hear in LA traffic.

Todd's basement is pretty cold in the winter and we just shot a stop-animation movie with my RED no problem. I prob wouldn't really worry about it.

i think before you put a price tag on advertising of $1000 maybe you should test your market to see if you have a broad audience and at some point you might offer a paid advertising space because you in fact could say definitively that you have x number of listeners and you can target a specific market and those peopler are X and Y and they buy $$ of X & Y. Sure, i'd pay a thousand dollars to make two. who wouldn't. but what is your track record ? how long in the podcasting business, will you be able to keep it afloat with no revenues and no audience for next few years as i imagine red did with their model?
....lots of questions or you could just go nail it to the wall and do it regardless. and see what happens.
