I'd love to get something like this. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with one of these knockoffs. It looks pretty solid. The real skater dolly is $10,000! This looks like an awesome alternative.

Looks interesting Leon, but the Skater-mini is not $10,000. I can have one shipped to my doorstep for under $6,000 from zgc.com--

But I understand what you mean... we should be accurate though (not meant to be offensive to you). Another bummer for us here in the States is that since the dollar is tanking and other major currencies are on the rise so... Leon your price may not be too far off in the near future. :waaa: :detective2:

check out DVXuser, there have been DIY versions going on for some time now and people building small batches of custom-versions as well.

sweet, thanks for the heads up guys. I'll look for some of those DIY. I've been wanting to use one of those camtramsystems also. Let me know how it works for you, I'm very interested.
About $6,000 is cheaper, I found it on the major rental websites and they were marked up a bit. But with some of the accessories you're still looking at about $8,000
