The 6 month warranty is an error (blame me). The RED ONE warranty is 12 months.
Sorry for the confusion. We get confused easily around here...

Ahh, thanks. Had a feeling - didn't seem consistent in light of the uber customer service RED has shown to date...

Thank's for the clarification Jim.
I think everybody will be easy again.
1 year sounds good to me.

We can accept the odd mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. But you fooled people into thinking it was bad then you suprise them and tell them it is better. That's the good kind of mistake.

Thanks God. The six-month thing just didn't fit with the whole RED picture that we've been seeing for so long now.
It gave me that old, lost-love feeling. You know, like when you fall in love with that perfect woman, surrendering your heart, day in and day out....only to find out that she's really a man......oh shit, I've said too much. :)

I was wondering if you would consider offering an extended warranty?
I payed Lexus extra money for that service.

I'm sending you a bill for my ruined monitor! I spewed cereal all over it laughing at that one.

Phew! I am glad this has been sorted, a 6 month warranty sent out entirely the wrong message.

Most of us do 3 years of work in 1 year. Hopefully that doesn't reduce the warranty to 4 months.

Better than general warranty in most cases.
Cool stuff.
