Another valuable resource is Mark Thorpe (reduser) located in Indonesia: Mark Thorpe camdiver65 (AT) gmail.com
Mark's fixed ,shot and is in the know for many of crews that side of the world and a great guy.

I can also recommend rsvpfilm. They exceeded all my expectations in terms of resources when we shot in Manila.

I'm based in the Philippines but I have zero Red experience so far. I would of course be willing to help out on any projects being shot here to gain some.
