Is it just me, or does it look like in the renders, that the position of the shoulder mount and the viewfinder do not line up?

It looks like the way it is set up, is the bulk of the camera rests on top of the shoulder, but then the eye piece and LCD would be behind one's head?

Just curious when looking at the renders. I know they wouldn't ship a camera like that, but the renders just made me think.

Obviously you will be able to positions things where you want, but even at the front edge of the camera the viewfinder seems like it would extend about to one's ear. Which in hindsight is not that far from one's eye.... Hmm. I guess never mind.

Both are adjustable: the EVF can be mounted wherever you want and the shoulder pad can slide forwards and backwards.

tomk,

I was totally thinking the same thing the other day. And I know 'all is adjustable,' but can those who've handled the camera confirm putting this thing on their shoulder and framing something up? I would love to hear it ...

I would love to see a rendering with a lens attached.

When I show people the RED photo tour they always ask, "is that red spot the lens?" or "why no lens?"

OK... I confess...it's for my desktop.
