I shot this. HVX + Brevis.

My friends at fatalfarm.com directed/produced/cut it.

That was kind of creepy/disturbing for me.

2- Potentially not safe for work?

Haha, how is it not safe?

They are costumes!

I gotta say, I'm not a big fan of the stuff these fatal farm guys are putting together or the look of this brevis device.

Hmm, there are some scenes depicting pedophilia and bondage. What if your boss is somebody who cares about the ethical treatment of animals?

Ok I am being slightly tongue in cheek here.

2- IMO it's better to err on the safe side.

3- I think what disturbs me about it is that there is no (or very little) satire / send up. So that's why I find it creepy and not funny.

uhhh... errrrrr..... yeah.
Ever hear of the phrase, "in poor taste"? You pretty much nailed it.

The one question that kept running through my mind was, "where do you get those custumes?" Disney can't just be letting those go to anyone can they?

Pardon me, I'm gonna go wash my brain now...

Hey,

Just to let you know the flash intro/content (?) at fatalfarm.com doesn't load past 97%. On OSX using Firefox 2.

I'm not sure Disney is going to like their name pasted on at the end there.

Something tells me this was extremely fun to shoot and put together. But I have to say the end product wasn't really funny. I could see where people would think it's in poor taste. Should've let the bad guy blow his brains out... Would've added more, I think.
