I hope to be able to contact a Bomb Squad rep soon about Scarlet. I'll also need help to choose all parts of my RED Gunner. If needed I can go to RED Europe HQ to choose the right Run'n'gun rig.

Ha me to, but Im waiting the Scarlet so theres not many odds It will be out for sale. But a solid info on when it will come out would be good. Its hard to do any planing what to invest when you dont have any date.

Ted specifically declined to answer any firm EPIC-S specs questions during a live streaming interview, so I think it's still a fair way away from being final.

This just probably lost them a DaVinci sale to us. I was really interested in using it for EDL -> Clip output for VFX. Now I can do it for free with the lite version. :D

This just probably lost them a DaVinci sale to us. I was really interested in using it for EDL -> Clip output for VFX. Now I can do it for free with the lite version. :D

But you have to wonder how many people it will introduce to Resolve who might then get the full software.

I think it's pretty sad that they removed Jim's thread from this morning where he called out a certain camera company. And then they also removed a thread where someone was asking what happened to Jim's thread. If the CEO of the company says something they should stand by it and not just retract it on the sly and remove all trace of it. At least replace it with an explanation why it was removed ..... ?
