Red Rocket Stop Functioning

Just install the brand new Red Rocket....and only works for couple of hours. Try to play in Red-CineX for couple of hours, everything seems ok and it stop functioning. Display black only.

Unplug socket power works for couple of times but it will stop working at certain point.

Anyone have similar experience and how to deal with it ?

But as in that thread, I think your best bet is to talk to Red support directly.

Already did...just waiting for reply. My Mac doesnt switch off tho. It's the card stops working

Not sure what exactly is happening
