Fixed: rotate and flip framing setting application in the video window for hdr clips when blend is enabled.
Fixed: DRX, Sharpness, and Denoise controls are properly enabled/disabled when rockets are disabled/enabled at runtime

ALEs generated from RCX now put the Sync'd External Audio TC into the SoundTC field instead of the source BWF's starting TC.

Fix 3d offset range calculation.
Fix frame mismatch in viewer when dropping in a new clip from the bin.
