15 perf 70mm from 4K Red Raw

It would be stunning to see some 15perf 70mm positives from the Red Tests on a light board at the NAB Red booth (BYOL?).

Of interest, any high speed stuff from the car races, low light images and ?

So mount two red one cameras with red drives mounted on a 3-D rig and it will fit inside an underwater housing weighing less than 90 Lbs!

Shoot over 3 hours of 4K Red Raw...

I think this blows open the doors for large format storytelling in a big way..

maybe you could request a special Frankie casing. not even a great white could put a dent in that beast.

A Frankie housing is way to shiny, might look like a yummy chew toy to a great white. Hell, I've seen a white shark bite a 1 ton elephant seal in half.

The idea of seeing a white shark in large format 3-D shot with a red one rig is a dream that may come true for me. I hope it's just not to real and scare the audience half to death. Especially with the 4K projector rumors for IMAX.

Limited only by the restraints of one's imagination, the applications for the future with RED are astonishing. For me thinking that the true pioneers were those who first took cameras underwater whilst in their own rights do stand apart from the crowd I also think that pushing the envelope even now with this technology will see new pioneers emerge.

Good luck to all who take the bull by the horns and start pushing those envelopes.
