How are you guys monitoring to assure you're getting an accurate look at the image? Is RedCine capable of sending to a reference monitor?

I think the way to monitor REDCINE is to have a calibrated monitor plugged into your video card. A normal computer monitor properly calibrated (to the color space chosen) or even a LCD broadcast monitor (still calibrated, certainly to Rec709).

I've been thinking about picking up JVC DT-V24L1D. I've alternatively heard good and average comments about it.

Is there a better solution under $4k? Or a combo of a couple monitors?
