I'm not sure if this topic has been raised yet, but is there going to be a RED manual when the camera finally ships? I'm not really asking for a full blown-in-depth book on how to film, but just a simple this is this and that is that type of thing. Thanks!

How many pages? Real images or illustrations?

That's probably unknown until it roles off the printers I'd say...

I assume that is a virtual printer. A pdf file is all we really need, plus it will save you some COGS that can go into the camera.

unless you like carrying the manual around so you can refer back to it while on set and away from a computer.

so having it in the shape of ones back pocket would be great. like those mini dictionaries.

The "real" user manual?
My thougth is that "this" forum will be (in a near future) the most comprehensive guide to the RedOne...

Step One: Plug it in.
Step Two: Turn it on.
Step Three: ...there is no three. There is no three!

I'm terrible.

On the warning/caution page:

Warning do not operate heavy machinery while shooting RED as delirium, or is it mysterium, may pose certain hazards.
