I'm looking for a cameraman who is interested in participating in a filmmaking experiment later this month and throughout the month of August and into early September, involving Avatar-style virtual production (also known as "non-linear production") on a feature film we've been developing called Klamath Falls, and a 90 second short call The Arrival.

I'm currently working out of a studio in N. Hollywood with a fellow RedUser, and the technology you'll be using/working with has been developed by myself and a team of people over the last 10 years. This is the first time all of the pieces are being put together in sequence in the production of a feature film.

If you're interested, please PM me. Pay is minimal; only people who are excited by the possibilities of virtual production and want to get involved early should apply.

More info about what I'm up to is available on my website: http://erichocean.com

Best, Erich

One more thing: the feature film is being shot on a geared head from GearNex (the cinematography is 70s-style). If you don't have experience with one already, this'll be a great opportunity to get some!

Thanks! We'll definitely still be filming, on this project or the next, and would be happy to have you by.
