Just to throw something out:

Might we have a dedicated "file page" to post and bittorrent links of our films and clips?

This sounds a little more like a DVXuser thing - at least for now.

Perhaps, although establishing a site infrastructure early is never a bad idea, especially with large RED RAW clips coming soon. Also this section might greatly contribute to a sense of sharing which might further encourage this "RED proto-studio" slowly gelling here....
