Is anyone in germany close to chrosziel? They've been updating their website for the past six months. I e-mailed them to see what was going on but got no response. Anyone know what's up? Does anyone know another site that has their product line?

perhaps I am looking in the wrong place, but B&H only has chrosziel products for cameras in the $6,000 and below market, most of which are made specifically for a certain camera. Which one would be best for RED? with 35mm cine lens?

I would suggest a Matte Box, much like a tripod is something you wait for the camera to be released before purchasing. They can be quite complex to order and you're best dealing with an agent rather than doing it online.

At NAB most other camera manufacturers have their cameras fully kitted out with other companies accessories in such that you can see for certainty what works with the camera and how it's mounted etc.

RED's relationship with accessory companies such as Chrosziel will determine to what extent the camera is presented at NAB.

In the US 16x9 handles their mid-to-high end gear. Their website is okay (http://www.16x9inc.com/cgibin/eDatCat/169store.cgi?user_action=link&link=mainpage), but it is best to call them for specific recommendations.
