Sometimes after some nodes the sliders of my resolve don't work, they freeze, for example in the 3 wheels tab, the wheels work but hue, saturation and luma mix freeze, the only solution is to restart the software. It did the same thing also with resolve 8.0.1
I have a mac pro 2x 2.66 Quad core with 24 GB of ram, running mac os x 10.6.7
Slot 1: GTX285
Slot 2: GT120
Slot 3: Decklink 3D+
Slot 4: RR

The version 7 of Resolve worked fine.
I opened a support ticket at Blackmagic.

I had the same problem with Lion 10.7.0/1... Now with .2 and Resolve 8.1 no one ;)
I hope that it helps.

Have you tried going into config and clicking save on the project? I use a control surface so I don't use the 3 wheel, but I have had problems with windows tracking or similar things. Most of the time just saving the project that way, instead of ctrl s, actually fixes things.

I have to test it more but it seems to work!!! Thanks.

Unfortunately for a while it worked but today I had the same problem, all sliders freezed. Save on enabled. I don't want to upgrade my system to lion yet is there any other solution?

Blackmagic answered me and they said they'll release a fix soon. Thanks BM!
