Okay guys,

here I'm, going back to what I already said it should be placed as one of the new "WONDERS of the WORLD"... DUBAI!!!

This time for something very special, as besides continuing discussions for the future of our Studios, we are FILMING a very SPECIAL event...

***THE "3RD DUBAI INTERNATIONAL PARACHUTING CHAMPIONSHIP & GULF CUP"*** (http://www.skydivedubai.ae/index.php)

For this we'll be hiring a support Crew, of 3, which I will chose form the Best of the Best to join me during this Incredible event, and make it not only a filming adventure,
but a showcase of what we can really do with "EPIC", and provide our HOST with such a footage that will become the Pride of their image collection.

We'll hire out Helicopter, Plane, Boat, and all source of various Vehicles in order to capture my VISION of this event, were "700"(nice number ah) Jumpers will attend!!

Wow what a fantastic opportunity show what Epics can do. I'd love to be considered for this job. Im a avid Skydiver and RED shooter and have a background of shooting extreme sports. Over the last 20 years I have skydived over the North pole shooting whilst jumping out the back of a Russian transporter Jet , Ive sailed to Antarctica and snowboarded and been published world wide. Iv'e gone on to be a onboard crew member and Media shooter for an around the world Yacht race in crazy conditions the bottom line is I just thrive on adventure shoots. And if it helps I get a really really amazing deal on airline travel to Dubai from London with a great cargo allowance. I'll email you details Ketch. I'd be happy to jump on an Easyjet flight and grab a decent Italian coffee with you :-)

Thanks also to the "INSANE" amount of emails sent, I of course knew that REDUSER was a place literally crawling of super talented people, but this is ridiculous, I have watched over 18GB of footage last night,
and since it was on the net, you can just imagine how many hours of that is CRAZY GOOD STUFF, really congrats to you all... This one will be a very hard decision to make for my self and my clients.

But the good news is, that once I have al your info, I'll keep it for the next Jobs... And guess what? There will be plenty to shoot in DUBAI all YEAR LONG!!

Oh in case I did forgot to mention it... THERE WILL BE UNDERWATER FILMING AS WELL!! Lets hope our GATES DEEP ATOM/SCARLET-X makes it to DUBAI in time... ;)

BTW: If we do end up working together on this one, and you bring the Lady with the 3D camera SkyDiving Helmet set up...

Wow! Sounds amazing! I spent two months in Dubai skydiving with the crown prince when the drop zone was just opening up. Would love to be there with you guys! My helmet mounted EPIC M is good to go!

I would love to be a part of your shoot in Dubai. I have a full Epic-M Package with mantis shoulder mount and tripod. I am very skilled at operating and pulling my own focus. I have shot a feature in Ethiopia and a documentary in the Dominican Republic. I have experience shooting out of cessnas and helicopters on multiple shoots. I am a one man band and am able to adapt to whatever situation is thrown my way.

Should I put on my resume that I can fly a Good Year blimp? Can't take off or land, but hey, I've done that for about 10 minutes after shooting out of the "Spirit of Goodyear" Blimp. I've pretty well run the gamut with techniques. Here's what I've done: I've used the Cineflex on the Goodyear Blimp for a Soap Box Derby racing family movie, the Tyler Middle Mount out of a Jet Ranger for a documentary about Detroit, the Tyler Mini-Gyro (the pogo stick) out of a MD-520N (NOTAR - No Tail Rotor), and even way down and dirty handheld out of a Cessna seaplane in the Bahamas:ihih: (which I would not recommend, especially without shooting a high shutter speed and using motion stabilization! But it worked well for what we needed). I don't have an aerial reel but you can see my narrative work with I think one chopper shot at my website. Take a look. I'd love to come out with ya! Still waiting on my epic but I do have an MX package, k-35's, RPZ 17-50, and a cooke 25-250.

Hi Ketch,

Have an full Epic M package and support gear as well as mobile post options (Scarlet orders complete). Can do whatever is needed and have a background in extreme sports, run'n'gun, aerial filming and ENG mobile production.

Hey Andrew, was so great to meet you in my last visit to Dubai, and you were so nice to give me a little tour, I enjoyed meeting and talking to you... ;)

I'm not really limiting my self here Andrew, just insuring my self I'll bring the best I can find to accompany me, based on their capacity, past work experience etc.

Does not matter were they are form, and mostly will be working with people I know and or come recommended once chosen, this is an important assignment to me, very important... ;)

But I also look forward to meet up with crew in Dubai under less time pressure situation, and be able to evaluate their skills accordingly.

Dubai...Heck yeah! I might be the guy for you...Have definitely done some aerial, and have done some ridiculously cool stuff action stuff with my Epic...

As far as skills go, I've rigged cameras onto just about everything that moves. While I've *been* skydiving, I've yet to shoot it.

• Recently won 'Best Cinematography' for a dramatic feature at the Boston Int'l Film Festival
• Recently shot a series for Anthony Zuiker, Creator of CSI.
• My hit branded entertainment series "Easy to Assemble" for IKEA won multiple awards, including Webby & Streamy.

You might want to consider kitting out a helmet Epic with a Voigtlander 12mm Super Wide Heliar with our Leica LM/ARC mount. Super small package, 96 degrees horizontal FOV. A 15mm is also available now. Check photos on "store" at www.spacecam.com

The Doctors have cleared for me to fly out in a week or so, but if I jump, they said no need to open the Parachute, as I'll land dead any ways... ;)

So on this one, I'll be strapped outside of the Chopper or the Plane, but not jumping for me... ;)
