I am curious what the red will be made out of? Is it just a hard plastic or will it be made of metal?

If memory serves it's an aluminum body with an Invar lens mount. Magnesium was originally planned for the body... I don't know if there's any of it left.
But yes, it's metal. Very significant metal.
I believe its made out of awesome.
Last I heard the chassis was cast Aluminum.

Some of the parts to Oakley sunglasses are made of Unobtanium (TM)... I've always wondered how they obtained it to manufacture these parts and how it is I'm able to go to the store and obtain them.
I wonder if the RED lenses will have Plutonite?

I've always imagined that Ayn Rand based her fictional Rearden Metal on an aluminum alloy, so maybe not far from the truth... Objectively speaking...

I thought that Misterium is made of Unobtanium and RED body is made of Misterium.
I must mixed it up all together......
