LOVE the WH leather grip!! I used it a couple of times on another Epic-M.... And for a few $$ more he will throw the other rubber grip into the box when it ships!

Of course I own ZERO PL glass..... And a load of EOS mount.... So no shooting joy today... or till the Canon Ti arrives.. A mixed-emotion to say the elast.

I am trying to get motivated/excited and get into the garage and start machining some mounts/bits for the camera on the CNC Mill though. That will help tide me over till the mount arrives. Well, that and Xanax :-)

Consider yourself lucky that you even got a side handle....we've been waiting for ours for 2.5 months for our epics stage 2...

I feel amazed that I somehow had "Exactly" the right amount of $$ the 3 times !! 1 time for the actual purchase of my R1, then for the deposit, which I got an extra few $$ the week the Stage II offer went "live" and now to actually pay for the Epic....

With some sadness..... Walking out the door to meet with some work buddies.... I did come to the conclusion that as part of "Simplifying" my and that of my two beloved daughters.... Selling R1-MX #6732 needs to happen. The sale will allow us to make the move and live almost without concern budget wise for a LONG time, as I have essentially no debt.

But I have honored Jim's request to retain the camera till I got my Epic. Selling it was never a plan until 2:00PM today. But I have to be realistic..
