I know, this is probabl not the place to ask but maybe somebody can help me. I ordered some Lomo lenses with PL mount and would like to play with them. Now my RED ONE is still far away, so I would like to put them on my NIKON 70s still camera, click and study the feelings I get from the images.
Thanks and sorry that this is not directly RED related

I dont think u can adapt a PL mount to nikon lenses due to flange distance.
you wont get infinity and just wont work.

Hi Istvan,
what was the price for lenses? Is Lomo russian company?

The ffd is different, Nikon is 44mm. PL has 52mm.
So looks like PL lens will go on Nicon mount but it will be lens keeping camera on it not the camera that has the lens attached to it:-)

Hi,
It may be possible to modify the Nikon to PL mount. Not sure if the Nikon diameter is wide enough. Won't be cheap however. Some half frame Olympus pen PL mounted cameras do exist.
I would advise against touching the lens mounts, you will end up spending lots of money having the lenses recollimated.

Thanks for all the advises, I will keep my hands away for this idea:))
For Laco Zamba, yes it is a russian brand; Tarkofsky used them in his movies. The company died at the end of the 90-ths. There are some lenses still around, but difficult to find. The prices stay between 500 and 1000 US$.
