Whatīs the lightest solution for HDSDI monitoring on the camera?
I think the RED LCD is great because utīs made out of plastic without batteries and itīs very light.
But what can we have on the camera as a secondary monitor while the output signals are not fully enable?
Nebtek have its new monitor, but i think itīs too heavy.
Can you think in anything else?

what do you consider heavy ?
1lb, 2lb, 3lb, 4lb, 5lb ?
at about 3 lbs there are the Carrion 8.4" monitors ... to keep it at that weight you'd have to power from the RED V batt mount plate ( 2 power pins) ...

Heavy is anything heavier than the RED LCD. XD
Light and small is what i want. Ligther than the nebtek, lighter than the Panasonic.

If you want light and the added benefit of very inexpensive, try the Ikan monitors. We sell these units as well as the others. They are very lightweight (similar to the RED LCD in that they are a circuit board wrapped in a plastic shell) and while not the highest quality on the block, they are surprisingly good for their low cost. I would not call them heavy duty production tools, but they make for a nice cheap, light onboard screen.
