Teradek Record/Cut error

Hello all,

Had the Teradek system on an EPIC commercial with liveplay today. Everything ran as smoothly as usual, apart from an odd error. The HDSDI cube would accept a trigger to start recording from camera, but not to stop. The proxy clips would carry on recording until the next time record was pressed, at which point it would complete the previous clip and start the next, and so on.

Any ideas? Latest firmware on Cube, release build on EPIC. Recording .MOV down to the NTFS

I have not encountered that problem as of yet with the cube and an EPIC. Did Teradek have any thoughts? The only thing I would say would be to maybe flash the firmware on the cube.

Pls check on the menu KEYS/SHORTCUTS, make sure on KEY SOURCE is BRAIN, USER KEY is BRAIN GPI IN HIGH, KEY ACTION is RECORD START. Also check USER KEY is BRAIN GPI IN LOW, KEY ACTION is RECORD STOP.

BTW, how's the Teradek ? Is that new system with MacMini and Airport inside Pelican Case ? or Old System ? I tested the other day, the latency for me is still acceptable. Record triggering and make good combination with QtakeHD.
