For Canon lenses, see http://www.pbase.com/samirkharusi/canon_mtf_curves for some samples and info. The Canon USA site http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer has lens test results. On their site, search for "Canon lens test results MTF" or follow Consumer Products Home :: Camera :: EOS (SLR) Camera Systems and choose the lens you are interested in.
