Having a hard look at the Gunner system, wondering if anyone could detail to me (as a new scarlet owner) what accessories are required to achieve the set-up as seen in the fourth image of Tonanci's post (http://tonacitran.com/red-gunner-review/ - the image above, “the perfect evf/lcd viewing position”) – Likewise to this configuration, an upcoming documentary piece that I’m shooting requires a follow-focus and mattebox with the LCD in the position that he as the EVF. I understand its the basic gunner rig with the two handles but what are the other pieces used? Also what is needed for quick-mounting this rig onto a tripod? I apologise if this is exceedingly obvious, I find the Red Store quite perplexing when delving into the world of accessories.

HI there! I got your message on my blog. I can definitely answer in more detail this weekend.

Here is a brief way I have mine setup:

I use the mini dovetail: http://www.red.com/store/rail-components/product/dovetail-mounting-plate-short-2
with this: http://www.red.com/store/rail-components/product/quick-release-platform-dovetail
I recommend getting this for 15mm lightweight setup: http://www.red.com/store/rail-components/product/epic-mounting-plate-pack-modular-m

add rod lengths of your choice:

For topside of camera:
Top plate: http://www.red.com/store/rail-components/product/dsmc-top-plate
Long swat rail: http://www.red.com/store/rail-components/product/camera-guide-220mmn
