had a chat with the customs, i would wait a little longer for this upgrade, when i could do it in europe.
it causes stress to send a in europe bought camera to the US to be upgraded.

Awesome! I wanna jump on this TODAY. I've got an out of town gig this week and won't be using my camera. It's perfect timing. Hopefully you guys are ready for me. And while we are at it, let's swap to an OLED EVF! Sent an email out to my Bomb reps, hope to hear back soon.

Hey Mr. Brent, do I goto to bottom of the line because I bought a new EPIC -M after my old one was stolen? Or can I still have the place in line from the stolen one?

Can you tell us what will be upgraded? I am only going on memory, but these are what i recall:

1. heat sink
2. audio board
3. oplf bushing

**Will our M's sync perfectly with X's when shooting 3d? On any 3d job i'm on....I can only sync up two m's or two x's....and most folks prefer two x's.....but of course an M and X together will not do....

Got my notice to send in my M today. But serial number doesn't matter -- it's when the camera was invoiced. My camera was invoiced over a year ago.

Also awaiting my EVF OLED upgrade RMA, already contacted upgrades and got the quote, I'm hoping they can do both upgrades at the same time.

No email / BS Rep has no clue about anything order, shipping or schedule related . . . but he's a friendly lad! Like most things RED . . . it's probably best to just wait for when it happens since trying to put logic to it or get specifics just causes stress

Just got my Epic M back from the upgrade. Really impressed with how efficiently RED handled this. My EPIC came back looking fresh, clean and up to date.
