i would go and add some redirect magic for the old links,
for example, googling "red.com" on my location and machine, brings this http://www.red.com/experience ...

this is just meant to be a little hint, to come closer to "user experience heaven" ... aka perfection.

Tried that, got this response:

So I used the support contact page http://www.red.com/contact_us to file a ticket instead. Bummer.

I found few glitches on the new red.com. It's my work to find a problems on the web ) But I can't post to forum or mail cause of "new account" limitations. Here is it. Mail it to red or post on forum, as you wish.


1. https://www.red.com/ No Forum link on new site is it bug or it's a feature? :))


2. Your new font looks bad on Windows machines cause MS use Clear Type rgb tech to improve fonts... Your font don`t have right "hints" in it to work with ClearType. Screenshot: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3935675/web3.jpg You need to use more bold font for windows users. But I think better to change it for everyone, this is too Light.


3. https://www.red.com/products/epic and https://www.red.com/products/red-one Broken permissions for video.


4. https://www.red.com/ LEARN - SHOP - SHOT ON RED — Words must work as an active links.


5. http://www.red.com/store/products/epic-m-brain-only Seems "NOTE" wasn't promoted in Dragon NAB post...

The first logging was case sensitive so accounts that had uppercase letters were not mapping if the username entered was all lowercase.

We converted all usernames to lower case and it seems the issue has been fixed.

I haven't read this whole thread but I had one small issue ordering today from my iPhone. After I completed the payment process I got a message saying there was a problem with the payment and that it didn't go through. But then my cart was empty. I tried it again and the same thing happened. So now I check my email and see that both orders went through. And my account also shows both on the Orders page.

Guys, this really looks nice! A bit on the VOGUE side compared to the older rock style ones ;) But it sure is a great improvement!

Two things:

My Order history is gone. Not that this will be of much importance. Just wanting to let you guys know.
Or did it just happen to fall into the same time frame when the history clears itself (if it does!?)

Also on my MacbookPro + Safari, the headlines pretty much fall apart. The lines don't seem to hold up but just "break and pixel apart", because it's so thin.

We are really glad you like. This website was designed and implemented in house
Our front end developer was the master mind behind the slider.

It is pretty cool on ipads with the motion sensor

my 2 cent: do remove the 64GB mentioning in the SSD recommendations for the rear module as it doesn't do justice to the rest of the SSDs:

what a change! I like it much more, because its now in nice contrast against high tech red hardware and more in the mood of the smoth picture which is coming from cameras.
