Has anyone shot with this lens? We have just acquired two, and I was wondering what length rails are required to support it, and do you know where to get the support hardware that screws into the lens?
Any other observations or tips on working with this big guy would be appreciated, thanks!

Hello Dave,
I left you a message earlier. I have the 19mm Rods and LS-7 Support for your Red set-up if you need.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the quick reply! I guess you're as addicted to Reduser as the rest of us ;-)
Yes I called and spoke to Tom earlier and he filled me in. Eventually I'll need to get 2 of my own LS-7 supports. Does Duall also handle sales of the parts? But either way, thanks for the info.
I didn't know if the 19mm rods need to be 24" long because this is a long lens. If so, I can bring them with me from Duall on Thursday for the test.

Steve should be able to handle it but if for any reason DuAll can't get you what you need feel free to give us a call.

With a lens of this size I would recommend that the rods extend all the way back so they are supported by both mounting holes on each side of the camera base.
