We should all pool our resources to help one another find good deals on rooms for NAB. I have heard to get a good deal on a hotel room for NAB you have to book early. So I thought we could all post good deals we find on hotels under $100 a night and possible other good Las Vegas deals we find along the way.

Downtowner Hotel. It's 5-10 minutes from the convention center. $40/night during special events. Lightly guarded parking. Complimentary gunshots.
Did you actually stay there? That looks a little sketchy. The stain on the ceiling is priceless.

I think the fact that I stayed in that hotel should explain my lack of a REDservation. :laugh:

Right now at LasVegas.com, the Stratosphere is $95.95 average for Sunday through Wednesday. Having stayed there, it's not great, but better than Motel 6.
If anyone is interested.... We just got rooms at the orleans off of flamingo... Its a nice place and very cheap. Not too far from the convention center either. We got the reservations on their website - two rooms at $70 USD each per room. Check it out! (http://www.orleanscasino.com/)

I included a link to the Orleans web site in my NAB links thread post. The Orleans is cool...big rooms, clean, affordable, and just two blocks North of the Strip. Before I lived in Las Vegas, when I directed a television program there, me and my crew of 30 stayed at the Orleans for a week. I recommend it highly...
