Sync issues and workflows can become so knotty in HD video that it would be nice to separate them from audio concerns. Could TC/sync have its own section? Maybe include multicam/genlock issues there too?

Yes please! I completely agree with you - Sync and TC is really a big issue, so a separate section would be a good idea!
