as if i'm not annoyed enough from the mounting bracket problems with my red drive enclosure/cradle...

has anyone had difficulty plugging in both ends of the red drive's cable. the 90 degree end (great) was built so that it won't fit into the enclosure end without being blocked completely by the cradle. sure i can flip cable ends and make the straight end work on the cradle but now the 90 degree side won't fit into the drive socket on the camera because the power connection is in the way!

i feel a little play (the end cap of the connector is removable) in the cable but can i turn it 90 or even 180 degrees? are these cable connectors user adjustable? has anyone had this problem and had to adjust with no issues? i'm afraid to kink or loosen one of the many wires in there.

i thought i could get by temporarily with a loose drive in the cradle but now i can't even power up my drive to test it!

I put the 90 on the cradle end w/o any problems

okay, i had to flip the drive. i should've tried it sooner but my cradle mounting brackets are rigged to keep the drive securely in place and do not allow for easy removal anymore.

kill this topic, please.

FYI-
If you look at the Red logo on the front, its easy to slip the drive in the correct orientation.
