Get Belden 1694F - rubberised flexible hard wearing low latency cable. More expensive but very solid. Also don't scrimp on your BNC connectors unless you have lots af spare time and want a cable repairing hobby.

The industry standard and the best cables made are custom built at CAE in California
They take such pride in what they do and we have only depended on them for excellence in service and unquestionable dependability.

Jeff are you referring to soldering? I don't mind that for a few cables but the ends are 3 to 4 times expensive. For the amount of BNC's we have though, crimping is an all day thing. What are you guys doing?

I usually buy cables from monoprice.com (http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10203#1020307).
We do the same. They are inexpensive (50ft for under $10 and 100ft for under $15) and work well on set since they are very flexible. They also do overnight shipping in CA for a very reasonable price (usually cheaper than ground).

Jason- no crimping too but getting good quality connectors/crimps that don't shear off at the slightest tug....

I had a spool of 1694f laying around so the other night I made a bunch of cables 6,10,15,25,50, and 100. I am going to put them up for sale since I have more than I need. If anyone is interested PM me.
FYI I used neutrik BNC connectors

John what model# are those ends and how do you like them compared to Canare with their boots?
edit: one more quick question, how do you like 1694F vs 1505F on set?
