16:9 Pencil/Lipstick/Cigar Cam?

Does anyone know of source for a 16:9 capable standard def pencil cam?

Looking at same quality or better than the Sony XC-555 or 999 or the CVX-V3p.

I keep seeing reality shows from the UK that use pencil cams and CCTV cameras and don't aspect ratio convert it.

There's the Iconix, but it's not SD native of course, so you'd need a downconverter...

I've not seen a 16:9 one in my travels.
