ET EVF Mount to NATO Rail Adapter

Hello,

I am curious if there is such a thing like a NATO Rail to Element Technica (Old) EVF Mount Adapter?

I have the bomb evf with spinner and would love to mount it to the ET EVF Mount on my red one - any solutions / ideas / suggestions?
