This head has been through the war, so it's cosmetically pretty scratched up. The worst looking side is picture #2, where the tilt-lock lever scraped against the side case. It doesn't scrape anymore, but now moves freely and smooth as it should. The previous owner had the head rebuilt - seals are all good and everything works smoothly and beautifully just as an OConnor should. 1030HD is an ideal head for the Epic/Scarlet system. The cosmetic damage does not affect the functions of the head. Includes the control arm, euro-type QR plate, and 100mm bowl mount with tie-down - all ready for your 100mm sticks. Even the illuminated bubble-level is working.
