I should mention that the edge tape is coming off at the top where the label is. You can see this in the pictures.

What brand are these? How clean are they? Any scratches?

I dont' know what brand they are, they are "vintage". No scratches but they have been sitting around a while. I cleaned them pretty well but the diligent shooter would probably want to clean them more. Like I said, the label tape is coming off at the top.
