I was checking out the Red lenses today in store and was happy to see this on the prime set:
Delivery time is estimated for 1st quarter of 2008. Includes –
* f2.8 15mm
* f1.9 25mm
* f1.9 35mm
* f1.9 50mm
* f1.9 85mm
Would love to get this set as it's brand new, compared with some prime sets out there that are the same price but 20 years old. My challenge is our second body needs to get paid for as well.
As we have the 18-50, which is awesome for the price, I'm hoping Jim will be cool enough to offer the 85 as a single to supplement all those zoom owners out there. All I need is the 85 and maybe a 135.
In lieu of that happening, what's your favorite long lens?
