Articulating Hinge On Cradle

Hi all...
I must be doing something wrong here... but how do you fix the hinge on the cradle ROCK SOLID?
I've tightened the screws on the side, and it flops around even with nothing on the cradle (no weight) If I mount a Dionic 160 battery, the cradle just flops backwards completely. I'm worried that one time it will flop forward and smash the control panel...
Haven't unpacked the drives yet, maybe that's later today... ;) But I would not feel comfortable yet mounting a drive until I solve this.
Like I said, I'm sure that I'm doing something stupid here...

are you sure you are tightening the allen screw at the pivot point?

OK, I whaled down on it... I was just being too cautious. Tightened it down like a MAN.
Seems fine now.

I wish there were rosettes on them, and on the hand grips. That would make me much less worried about slippage.

Maybe some flippers too... although I can add them easily enough.
