With the current REDmote upgrade utility I can't connect to either of our two REDmotes.

Check subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.0 I think some one else mentioned this and this sorted it for them.

Thanks, Dave. That didn't help (I followed the manual), but generating completely fresh settings on the MB did.
