I performed the update as Red has outlined. On reboot, the LCD didn't turn on until I hit the button the top far right. I heard the high pitch frequency. I made sure the brightness was turned all the way up. It still makes the noise. I performed a black shade calibration test right afterwards and still can hear it.
Anyone else getting this problem?
