The Start Beep Sound For Stills? And Flash....

Two things:

First I'm amazed at how ingrained the sound of a shutter click is to talent in front of the lens. It's like they loose their focus without that click! And I'm curious if there might be a way to add a new sound (a ring tone if you will) to the menu setting for those shooting stills? Can the Beeping sound be replaced with other sounds, such as a shutter firing? Yeah. dorky sounding I know, but.... ;D


Also, has the flash plug been enabled on the side handle?

There is already a shutter sound effect that you can assign to a key as a key action. I don't remember the name off hand.

This is halfway there - but the shutter sound is currently too quiet from the camera so no one other than the photographer can really hear it, especially if there's any ambient noise. If it were louder or could wirelessly push to a speaker it would be pretty great.

My ProMote (http://www.madlyfins.com/product.php?id_product=22) has a start/stop beep built in. Though it doesn't sound like a camera. Just a "beeeeeep."
