REDCINE shows no picture

Hello :)

I am not sure where to post so I'll try here.
I just installed REDCINE v1.0.3 (Build 82) (Windows Version) and wanted to do some workflow tests.
I also got some test-footage from www.redrelay.net in R3D Format.
But when I load the footage I always get a black Clip that shows no picture at all. It has a certain number of frames and a timecode but no picture at all.

Also "blind" exporting to JPEG doesn't work with the message "Failed to write frame 0"

So is that a known problem and how to solve it ?

what graphic card are you using ?

It's

NVIDIA Quadro FX 1300

and has not made any trouble with any program so far ...

i can't get Redcine to work on any PC's here ..

however i do have a 24" iMac here and it worked fine under Redcine build 74 ..
when i updated to build 82 - some features stopped working - no more full frame , jpeg stopped working ( tiff works ) ..
i went back to build 74 because viewing a full frame is a MUST here ..

perhaps you might try build 74 to see if the jpeg feature works ?

But the same Problem with build 74. At least it does export TIFFs but they are alle black, like the R3D Clip, I cannot view. Just black.

But it's good to hear, that I am not the only one :)

Anyone any idea ?!?

I have the same problem on FX1300 card...it's unable to preview anything... I also tried it on ATI HD3750 and while I am able to now see the image, I still cannot export usable footage. I either get black frames or garbaged frames. Same thing happens on a quadro NVS140 as we all an ATI FireGL card....
