Getting a 3/8" to fit inside a 1/4" - 9" Noga Arm

My friend just gave me one of his extra beefy Noga arms today.

Only trick is, I need it to be 1/4"-20 to match the Red side handle / top handle threading to mount the Red LCD.

Right now, the only way I can mount this puppy is via the Red universal mount.

Anything I can do to solve this snag?

May want to look at Manfrotto AKS. The 015 adapts 3/8-16 male thread to 1/4-20 male thread

All you need is a 3/8 16" to 1/4 20" bushing.
