Red 300mm - Shipping with Camera?

Will the 300mm Lens ship with the first cameras?

I have camera #68 and 300mm #3 and am trying to figure out what the bill will be when the camera ships and what lenses arrangements I need to make.

Unless something has changed [things do change around here], it is supposed to ship at the same time as the camera.
