Well, what are they, if any?
I've emailed Stephen from Element Technica about it, but I was wondering if someone else have any idea?

Keep your top mount setup as 19mm rods, mount off of those via universal mount. Or if you want to be all 15mm, use the ET top-mounts and top cheese plate. It would also be nice if we could get a 15mm offset version of the Universal Mount from RED or ET.

Yeah, I'm already planning to buy their TopSide Combo in 15mm. So I'll just screw the RED Cradle onto the top cheese plate just like I will with the quickplate?
