Is there a way to render out individual files?

Is there a way to render out individual files in Red Cine? I try to render a bunch of clips and I get one movie?

You must set in and out points...

Use #F (instead of #S) as the movie name in the output section. You will then get a separate QuickTime file for each shot with the original clip name.

So cool! At least it can be done. this seems it fixes the frozen frame issue that I was having as well.
