Maybe a set of RED vari primes. I really like working with the vari primes so a red set would be perfect.

I'd definitely be interested in some vari-primes. The lens on RED's price list is a curiosity. I don't think they'd model up some phoney lens just for a couple web images (but maybe). And it's short... Perhaps we're seeing a model of a 30-50mm or something to that effect?

I truely hope for some really affordable small and light zooms. Even super16mm size for 2k run and gun focus not as crtical lenses. Yeah!

As a matter of fact i received a call from a friend that told me , and this is just rumor, that they heard someone from a big company is leaving to work for RED making lenses.

There are many expensive options for cine lenses out there already but not affordable decent quality cine lenses. Thats the market. If someone is going to spend a grand on a 17-35mm zoom nikkor that has been proven by Evin to get good quality thats what RED should be making with cine focus in mind. Canon has several categories of lenses at different price points. I would be willing to sacrafice some quality for cheaper cost along those same Canon lines. Making it affordable for me to own my own glass.

lets hope
