Excuse my ignorance in these matters but what kind of record durations could I expect to achieve with the newly announced storage options?

4K = 27.5MB/s. You can do the math from there based on whichever storage sizes you're concerned with. As for 1080p RBG... we don't know the data rates.

A good guess would be about 18.15MBs or 1.06GB per minute at 24FPS.
So from that wou can figure...
RedDrive- 320GB (296GB Formated)= 278 minutes
Red Ram- 64GB= 60 minutes
Red Flash 8GB CF card= 7 Min 31 Sec
Red Flash 32GB onboard= 30 minutes
10 bit RGB @ 1080x1920
(1080*1920*3*10*24)/8/1024/1024 = 178MB/sec

Yes, for uncompressed - but you can record RedCode RGB, which I think is what Evin and Brook are discussing...
My apologies, I forgot that there is also RGB REDCODE. :blush:
I think a compression rate of 10 is quite accurate -> 17.8MB/sec.
