Problems With Joystick/multi-axis controller !

We have a problem with the little joystick on the back of the camera !!!!!.

You can go up, and right, BUT NOT LEFT AND DOWN ... BIG PROBLEM...
If you push the joystick very hard to the left - and at the same time push
you are sometimes able to move the menu to the left and down.

The first 3-4 days we could hear a little click-sound when you push the joystick up, down, right, left, but the there is
no "click" and no response when you try to push left/down

We have a major production coming up friday this week - and are not able to navigate all the camera menus...... what do we do !!!

We have contacted RED by email and and left af voicemail monday morning regarding this problem, but have not heard anything from RED yet.....

There is a tiny .9mm hex screw on the shaft that you need to loosen and reseat the knob a bit further out on the shaft.

Deanan. How come this .9mm allen key isn't part of the bolt set since it seems to be a common problem and we need to tighty it from time to time? I'm having a big problem finding one...
