camera doesn't turn off

there sometime that i turn off the camera doesn't shut down, what depend is that the LCD freeze, the fan continue to work and i have to cut the electric current flow to shut the camera down.

Once i have same problem with my cam, but i thing thang after new 14 build it's ok ,
